Your details and PICKLED

PICKLED Yamba collects the details you enter on the Foundation Register: your first name, email, mobile if you give it, where you are based, and your answers about how you play. We also record how you found the site (for example the advertisement or post you clicked) so we know which messages reach people.

What we use them for

To tell you about the club, the Foundation 100, prices and opening dates, and to plan the courts and sessions around the people who will use them. We do not sell your details.

Advertising and analytics

This site uses the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and sign-ups. When you join the Register we send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and mobile so a sign-up can be matched to the advertisement that led to it. If you tick “show me PICKLED news on Facebook and Instagram”, we may use that scrambled email to show you PICKLED updates there and to leave you out of advertisements aimed at new people.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@pickledinc.com.au, or through our Instagram or Facebook page. Every email we send has a way to stop them.
